These terms and conditions govern your use of the Haramain Train website and the booking services provided through it. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you fully agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Tickets

We provide booking services for the Haramain High Speed Train. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. A valid ID or passport matching the ticket details must be presented upon boarding.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in SAR and include VAT. We accept payments via Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) and Mada. Bookings are only confirmed after successful payment.

4. Modification and Cancellation

Modifications and cancellations are allowed depending on the time left before departure; administrative fees may apply. Please check our detailed refund policy.
